The site www.kalavig.com is the proprietary domain of the Centre for Promotion of Arts and Science, Delhi NCR.

Unless otherwise indicated all source code, databases, functionality software, website designs, audio, video, text photographs and graphics on the website (considered collectively as “the content”) and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (considered collectively as “the Trademarks”) are owned and controlled by the Centre or licensed to the Centre and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

Material displayed in this website are intended to promote Arts and Science. The information provided on the website is on “as is” basis and does not guarantee the accuracy of its content. Neither do we guarantee availability of the site or any portion thereof on all times. By using our website, you agree that your use of the site is at your own risk, and you agree to hold all providers, vendors, successors, assignees harmless from all possible damages whatsoever.

We also do not assume any responsibility regarding third-party websites or contents therein that may have been accessed directly or indirectly through links in the site, including any errors or emissions therefrom.

Policy regarding podcasts

The Centre through its website (www. kalavig.com) provides an open platform to people willing to publish their podcasts for promoting Arts and Science in different genre. The ownership or the copyright of the audio or video podcast will continue to be those of the creators of podcasts.

The podcast creators may choose to enter into agreement with sponsors for putting up their advertisements intermittently in the podcast series in return for commercial benefits. The Centre will have no claim over such income.

The Centre will also help the podcast creators in putting up their podcasts on public podcast directories such as Apple Podcast, Google Play, and Spotify etc. The Centre will have no claim over any income earned by the creators, for the services of podcasts provided, on these public directories.

The discretion to accept or reject any podcast for uploading on the Centre’s website resides in the Oversight Committee of the Centre. The Oversight Committee, in its wisdom, may refer the podcast received for comments to the respective subject matter Groups in the Centre.

Policy regarding Article, Biography, Memoir and Diary

The Centre through its website (www. kalavig.com) provides an open platform to people willing to publish their article, biography, memoir, or diary for promoting Arts and Science in different genre. The ownership or the copyright of the article, biography, memoir, or diary will continue to be those of the authors.

The Centre will, however, be not making any payments to the authors for such contributions. The discretion to accept or reject any article, biography, memoir, or diary resides in the Oversight Committee of the Centre. The Oversight Committee, in its wisdom, may refer the article, biography, memoir, or diary received for comments to the respective subject matter Groups in the Centre.

Introduction

The Centre for Promotion of Arts and Science, having the domain name: https://kalavig.com, recognizes the importance of your privacy.

Collection of personal information

We may collect your information when you access our website, or when you make use of any of our platforms, products or services.  We may also  collect information from you: (a) when you submit to us your podcasts and articles or similar material for posting on our website, (b)when you use your IP address to access our website or (c) when you leave your   comments on our website . 

Use of personal information

We may use your personal information  in the ordinary course of business to: (a) provide you with our services and (b) do non-personal statistical analysis.

You may at any time send us your request to remove your personal information from our data base. Once we have received such a request, we will no longer use your personal information. 

Termination

The Centre may, in its discretion and for any reason, terminate any person’s access to the website if the users conduct is found to be unlawful, inconsistent with or in violation of, the spirit of these Terms. The Centre shall not be liable to you or any third-party for termination to website access.

Governing Laws and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and the federal courts of India. You agree to waive all defenses or objections to such jurisdiction and venue.

The Centre reserves its right to revise its Terms of Service from time to time.
